firstly offence u/s 323 ipc registered AS N.C. there after 326, ipc registered of same incident as private complaint whether maintenable, weapen & story and injury added in private complaint pl tell any s.c. case law

As Police must have regd NC, the aggrived party claim it to regd as 326
If injured was in hospital for no. of days qualify as griveous hurt, he can do it.
