Both case running simultaneously tell me what is advantages if filed two case simultaneously
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 26 September 2016
You must have known advantage or disadvantages when you filed.

Isn't your lawyer so competent to tell you the desired reply?

Post facts first and then only expect the reply if the matter relates with you.

Academic query, state material facts of the problem if any.
Guest (Expert) 26 September 2016
After all you would have filed two cases simultaneously only after taking due care of advantages and disadvantages.

Question arises, how any of the experts can predict what was in your mind at the time of filing two cases and what were the background of the cases individually?

No answer to your academic query in the absence of the history of the cases and the present status.

@ Dhingra Sir! This is one and same case which is filed under the provisions of section 190 of Criminal procedure code in which an application under section 156(3) might have also been moved but the author is taking examination of the experts for the reasons best known to him.

May be, but some students think, as if they are posing their vague problems before some idiots only. But they don't realise their own position, to what extent they could be rated in that position, if they mistakenly think the experts as merely idiots.
