Can any body guide me What is meant by CR Case and GR case i.e. full form of CR and GR.is there any difference between procedure of trail of CR Case and GR case.

Can you explain further as to mater pertains to India or America?

I am not aware if it relates to India.

In America Washington State Courts have framed serially GR pertaining to various rules of CR(court records).For more details visit:www.courts.wa.gov › Court Rules

and Sir !!! in the name of the case maintain by the police there always appear CR OR GR.

ARE you talking about :

CD....that means case diary(diary or report of a particular case)=in accounting terms you should under stand to be a ledger book.

while
GD...refers to General diary(a diary in which all cases lodged as FIR as well as day to day general working of police is reported,to say GR means general reporting)=in accounting terms you can call it to be Journal,cops also call it "rojnamcha"which is exact meaning of word Journal.

CR represents to Court Rules whereas GR refers to General Rules and both these terms are also used in Indian Courts.

I could have easily told High court/Supreme court rules and Civil General Rules.

But author is referring " in the name of the case maintain by the police there always appear CR OR GR."
