information about fast track courts

i want to know is it rohini court a fasttrack court or not????

Fast Track courts would be set up for specific cases or class of cases. Unless a court has been specifically declared / set up as a Fast Track court it cannot function as a Fast Track court.

Rohini District Court is not a fast track court.

ever since the Central govt. has stopped the funds for fast track courts, various states have discontinued with fast track courts.
