Withdrawal

Hello

My tenant have filed a case against me two years back u/s 341, 506, 430,504 I.P.C. But now we have came to a mutual and they want to withdraw the charges against us. How can it be done? I am from Kolkata.

Go for mutual quashing in high court.

You have not told the stage of the proceeding pending before the trial magistrate. If the case is fixed for evidence then the witnesses can become hostile and thus case shall be decided accordingly in favour of the accused persons.
