Withdraw divorce petition and maintaince under 24

hello all,

i filed divorce case against my wife. she filed DV, 125, 24, and 26.
she was granted 30,000 as maintenance under DV case. after 5 months she got 50,000 maintenance under 24.

My question are

1) if i withdraw divorce petition what will happen to section 24 maintenance order. do i have to pay even if i withdraw divorce case.

2) my wife is not willing to live with me, can i file RCR , what are chnaces to get divorce in RCR

RCR CREATE GROUND FOR DIVORCE
YOU CANNOT GET DIVORCE IN RCR

If you are not satisfied with the orders, may go for appeal.

You can not get divorce automatically by filing RCR case.

1. Since it is called alimony pendente lite the order of maintenance will stop after the date of withdrawal.
2. You can file RCR but after filin suit for divorce the chances of RCR will be very remote.
