Will

(Querist) 24 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

In Lokadalath my father agreed that after his lifetime his property share in the joint family properties shall goes to me.For this,an award has been passed. After some months I came to know that my father is planning to give his property share in the joint family properties to my brother through WILL,which is against to lokadalath award. My father is not sticking to lokadalath award. My questions are
(1)Does my father's will has any validity in the court or not?
(2)Do the WILL written by my father prevails Lokadalath award?
(3)What precautions should be taken so that even if my father writes another WILL,then it shouldnot work in the court?

Thank You all....
