Please answer

1. Wife filed false DV case under sec 18,19,20,22.

2. Wife was demanding 25,000/- per month, (Husband is earning 22000/- and lawyer is representing him in the court)

My Question:

1. Can wife file affidavit in same /lower court to increase maintenance amount? Doesn’t wife have to appeal in higher court?

2. Can wife ask for Stridhan from in-laws even if husband is staying separate from parents?

3. Why lower court accept wife affidavit and give hearing date for maintenance again after judgement of interim maintenance and stridhan?

1. maintenance decided authority only court, so you provide your salary slip.
2. if she is not willing to stay with you then she will ask every thing, she have rights.
3. no. if the court only one time order will provide.

if you are willing to continue your wedlock then file RCR case against your wife.

Don't file RCR.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the order, you can go in revision.

Also wife can apply for change in maintenance amount.
