Who will open the case in metroplotain courts?

If the individual has file the private complaint before Metropolitan Magistrate under section 190 read with section 200 of CrPC which is registered and issue summons to the accused and accused present on the next date and in such circumstances, the magiatarte will frame the charge and after framing of charge who will run the trail ?? whether complainant or the Public Porsecutor??

AAFter framing the charges public prosecutor will conduct the case.
Sec. 190 of Cr.P.C. is the procedure to initiate proceedings. Conducting of the cases depends on the nature of the private complaint.

As this is a private complaint, the lawyer of the complainant shall only handle the case.
