I am earning but husband earning very good. My divorce case is at final stage (argument stage statements recording completed). Now I am filing child maintenance , self maintenance, litigation expenses.
My query is do I need to submit school receipts, self rental receipts in different city for maintenance. I am hesitating as my father-in-law can harm my kid or me.
Moreover, If I need to submit receipts then what stage?
If I write that my kid is studying in good standard school and show fees from all school websites and similarly for rent from websites for that area than ...

You should have filed mtn u/s 24 at early stage, as it continue only during Litigation Period.
You must prove salary of husband, and expenses for your child, including school fees, tuitions , travel to school, dress / school materials/ books stn/ + Cost to maintain same living standard that of your husband.
Of course, re-union is best, in the interest of child..
