Dear Sir, In service matter, If the CAT has initiated contempt Proceedings against the respondent employer and the Respondent has moved to the High Court during Contempt Proceedings which remanded back to the CAT
Mean while the respondent employer has terminated the services of the petitioner
If the petitioner filed the Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court, whether there is any possibility that SLP will be admitted with Interim Relief?

NO. Since you have an alternate remedy in the form of CAT, SC will not entertain the SLP, much less pass any interim relief. You have to approach only CAT against the order of termination.

If the SLP is filed against the order of the HC, there is a chance of admission with interim relief.
