There is no fixed structure of fees, it depends upon the lawyer how much he'd charge for his work. Better you talk to the lawyer directly about his fees.

it does not matter if your brother is agree or not for partition. you have to just make him party in your suit in the defendant list. now comes the question of advocate fee then it may varies from 25000 Rs to 100000 Rs. Now you have to choose advocate according to your pocket and value of property in question of which partition you are seeeking
