Vehicle parking in front of my shop

Respected experts,
I run a small shop on a road facing, within 100meters from my shop there is an alcohol shop, people park their vehicle in front of my shop and go to purchase alcohols and also sometimes they restrain my way which causes me problems to run my business.
1. How can I seek help from the police?
2. Can I click a picture of those cars and file an FIR against them when they use dominance power against me.

Try to get the area declared as no parking, follow up for illegal parking.

You can not refuse someone to park a vehicle on Road, which does not close your entrance.

It is the local body to see no hindrance is done to anybody.Report to local body to arrange to stop this didturbance.

1. TRY to file Police FIR, for your grievances. Call police control on "100" and they will come and remove the vehicle and then people will stop parking on National Highway.

You can also complaint about said problem to police.

Take up the matter with the local authorities and the police when such parking happens.

You can request the drivers individually for not parking before your shop. It may fetch better results.

You may request the driver(s) to park ahead or behind entry of your shop.
However, being a public place, legally you have no right to stop / object parking in front of your shop.
