What is the validity period of non judicial stamp papers for execution from the date of purchase in haryana?

to be on safer side execute dodument within period of 6 months

The limitation is 6 months of the writing/execution (use) of that stamp paper. There is no requirement to use it within 6 months of its purchase in Haryana.
