Validity of poa

1.If a POA for house which is not registered and is executed in the name of my MIL the consideration for which has been paid by my FIL, is the POA valid.

post your queries in same thread . instead of raising repeated queries piecemeal on the issue why dont you consult a local lawyer .

We are doing that as well, since our basic definition and understanding was getting cleared asked questions, open endingly, appreciate if would have got answered to my query as well

In case of POA with respect to property matters and dealings needs to be registered.
