Hi this is Mahesh,

i would like to know what is validation as property laws, can we get any rights or title in the property through validation,
what is the procedure for validation

Your query is not clear to me. Presuming that you are in actual possession of a property for an uninterrupted period of 13 years which possession is openly hostile to its lawful owner then you gets its right ,title and interest through adverse possession.

Is it valuation of property? if u file a civil case then valuation slip is annexed thereto is it that or what validation........I am unable to know but, presumtive advice of mrDevajyoti may help u.

my question is, suppose A has plot in hyderbad which is not registered but it was Notaried in the year 1983,and more more the person who has executed notarized document is died in the year 1990, so mr A wants to Register his plot now, is it possible, if it is not possible is there any alternative procedure.
