Uti bond documents lost and need to withdraw

I have investments in uti infra bond I had got to know by my father had to me about them there are no bond documents or payment receipt all are lost how to withdraw my money if anyone knows please reply

Hi sir,

I have contacted uti people but they are saying without bond or any payment acknowledgement we can't help i have also asked to check by name but they are saying it's not possible

If they have not entertained due to absence of any documentary evidence to prove that there were some investments, how do you think that you can claim it, the doubt is whether there was any investment itself?
How did you come to know that he had made any investment in UTI without any proof for that?
You can search for the papers at home and retrieve any evidence, if not found then you cannot do anything about a non existing thing

Actually I got to know as I got post from uti to my home address to withdraw my investments the post is also missing during shifting to new home and my father also said that there are investments in uti
