Using some one else address in aadhaar card

My query is that if someone is using another person address in aadhaar card under which section complaints can be filed to police.

Without stating your problem it is deemed that it is hypothetical. You call the Aadhaar helpline and inform your name Aadhaar number and address and then inform them name and Aadhaar number of the person who has misused your address and act as advised.

It is the problem of the person whose aadhar card has been misused by a third person.
He can give a complaint to the police or the authorities concerned and take necessary action either to get the aadhar card cancelled and reissued or by any other mode that would be advised by the authorities concerned.
