Using fake father name in identity

Dear experts,
A woman and her daughter is using my father name As her husband and father. My father refused any relationship with them. What kind of case we can file against them.

First let your father file a FIR against them. May be he had something to do with the lady in the past. Remember Ujjawala and sion's fight with Narayan Dutt Tiwari

You have to think twice before taking legal action. How will you prove they are meaning your father?

In their identity house no. is same that belongs to my father is living.

Actually the fact is that both lady are living with my father .my father refused any relationship with them by affidavit to save himself from any action from the education department from where he is getting family pension After the death of my mother. So I want to expose the relationship between them.Please help me how to proceed .I have a details of voter id card of both lady.

They may claim property of your father after him.

All the property may be gifted / bequeathed to you during his life time.

You dont have any reason to file any case against them during your father's life time, only he ca initiate any legal action against that lady for misusing his name.
