An employee was working with eye surgeon in private hospital. As the doctor was in malpractice of using expired lens in the eyes of patients and when his employee objected to wrong doing towards the patients the employee was removed from his job and also not paid his salary..My query is can the employee complaint to police against the doctor for his wrong doing towards the patients and will employee be involved as the doctor is having power and money. Please advise urgently
An employee was dismissed and unpaid for objecting to a doctor's use of expired medical supplies in a private hospital. The employee can file a criminal complaint with the police, providing evidence. They can also report the doctor to the State Medical Council. While the doctor may use influence, the employee and patients can act as witnesses.

A criminal complaint can be given by anyone agaisnt the person indulging in criminal offence. You can give a complaint to the concerned police with documentary evidence. If the doctor is using his influence to torture the employee in furtherance then the employee has to handle that situation too.
