Urgent - passport affidavit

I need to submit a affidavit in Annexure I, for TATKAL Passport, and Same to be executed on appropriate non-judicial stamp paper of minimum value and attested by Executive Magistrate or Notary Public.

I have done Notary on Thane Today, but my Colleague says, as I dont have my Photo on the affidavit and thump impression, and also the Notary Officer has not mentioned as "BEFORE ME" it is invalid,

The Notary Officer has mentioned "NOTARISED" (Signature) NAME & ADDRESS

"NOTED & REGISTERED" SR. No. & date.

I need to submit tomorrow morning at 11.30 to passport office, kindly advice me should I do another Notary

Deepak as document is executed before Notary public. It is essential to mentioned it on document other wise document is invalid.

Do it again with another Notary Public.

Means, Before Me Should be Mentioned in the Document,
I have given to a Lawyer & he went inside the Cabin of Notary Officer & did & said me Now its Done.

You should submit the document to the passport office, most probably it would be accepted.

You can avail next chance if the document is not accepted.

To accept or not accept depend on local procedure.

If you are not in a position to rectify, can get a chance.
