what are the Hindrance facing by Government because of which they are not able to enforce art44 of Constitution with reference to Uniform Civil Code.

Govrt. has lack of courage to enforce uniform civil code because some communities like special status in this country and greedy politicians are providing such status to them for the sake of their en-block votes. If you want to make short a line without eliminating it, carve out a longer line.

Kiran Kumar is correct. It is the lost agenda in election of appeasement. Uniform civil code, ban on cow slaughter, abolition Article 371 have been made issues to appease one particular community.
