(Querist) 15 February 2024 This query is : Resolved
SIR 🙏 Mere brother ko University ke ek exam m cheat krte hue pakda tha... Lekin no debarred no rustication... Next sem m usne exam clear kr liya tha... Or degree or final marksheet par khi mention nhi hai ufm ke regarding or provision certificate par bhi good character show h... Koi dikkat to nhi aayegi regarding govt job? In attestation form it was ask have you ever been debarred or rusticate by any university... What should be the solution 🙏

In my migration certificate it is mentioned that 👇
The University is not aware of anything against his/her character or conduct which should be bar to his/her admission to another University

In my provisional certificate it is mentioned that 👇
To the best of my knowledge and belief he bears a good moral character
And also there it no mention of ufm in my marksheet too.. 🙏
Also in attestation form they only ask about weather I was debarred or rusticate by university or not... Which I was not.. 🙏 which option should I choose sir 🙏

As there is no remark against you either in your certificate or marks sheet you can write NA.

In my opinion since he was not debarred from appearing in the examinations and he was permitted to complete the degree and also since he was given a good conduct certificate too, the minor incident that took place earlier will not reflect to create any adverse impact to his career.
Let him not commit in writing about this incident voluntarily anywhere.
