Hello everyone
I have a question regarding uds.
We leave in an apartment which have 72 flats in 3 block A,B,C 24 in each 15 years old.
My question is can we dismantle one block and reconstruct it?
What at uds ?

You convene a Annual General Body Meeting and after taking the approval of Managing committee or Majority of Apartment association members you can renovate the particular block by demolishing it. If you appreciate this answer please click the thank you button on my profile.

Our block member's agreed for that but other two block members are opposing that. What Should we do?
