Transfer of sra flat on mother name

Hello Sir,
Can you please let me know the procedure to transfer the SRA flat on my mother's name, as my father died few months back with heart attack.
No Nomination or will signed by him.

Will be helpful to know the list of documents to be present at SRA office & Society office.

If your father nominated any of your family members, then the society shall transfer it to the nominee but he has no right to transfer it in any manner. If no nomination is filed by your father, you have to obtain a legal heir certificate from the Tahsildar concerned if no dispute among your family. If any dispute gets a succession certificate from the court concerned. Consult in SRA office and they guide you.

Hello,

You have to get a legal heirship /administration certificate from the court. After getting a legal heirship certificate SRA flat can be transferred in legal heirs's name.
