transfer of property in the name of wife

I wish to know whether a muslim husband ,who has no sons and daughters but only brothers and sisters with children, can transfer his entire property in the name of her wife ?
If no wife will get how much percentage of husband's property after demise of her husband ?

Husband can transfer the property in his wife name. There is no prohibition in Mohamaden Law.

But, the condition is the title and possession should be given to the wife during the life time of husband.

In other words, will deed can not be executed except 1/3 of a muslim, under mohamaden law.
