You can execute a gift deed with nominal stamp charges as he is in your blood relation.

In some states the stamp duty not charged on gift to near blood relatives. Confirm situation from local lawyer in your state.

In Maharashtra transfer of property to blood relations or close relatives do not suffer stamp duty.
You may confirm the rules of your state government in this regard.
