(Querist) 21 March 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
The Inquiry Officer has directed me to prove my one statement for which I am not getting any evidence.

Now it is seen that one of the exhibit produced by Presenting Officer can justify my statement.

So can I refer the same exhibit produced by P.O as proof of my statement i.e on behalf of defence ?

Yes, you can very well prove even by way of the documents brought by other party on file.
