Threatening to file SC ST case

(Querist) 13 December 2010 This query is : Resolved
Hi Everyone,

I gave my small hotel to manage to a guy for a period of 2 months.. because.. I had to leave to some other town. We had no legal agreement whatsoever. When I asked him to leave.. he said he will drag me to court. Somehow I vacated him and took over my position.

And later he filed a legal complaint for injunction, which is on trial.

Now, he is threatening that he will file SC/ST case against me.. if I do not let him work as a manager for few more months.

Can you please advise me.. how to avoid from being charged by a false SC/ST case.

Thanks and Regards,
Kiran.

No preventive measures available. If your friend initiates action, consult a lawyer for relief.

if you pretend for a criminal fake complaint. better approach High Court to invoke provision under Section 482 of Cr.P.C

First answer from soul Is your property like your family and you leave your family into other hands for use it for money?

Then if answer is No then use the below section otherwise no help.

File a complaint against that SC/ST Person under Sec 355 of IPC with the help of an advocate only.
