Dear Sir,
Currently i am working with a good mnc company which is work in different domain. this company is hire me as an Embedded Trainer but the high authority says the your feedback from the students side is not good but when i collect the feedback from my side then i find the other result so what can i do from my side legally?

Management can assign you other duties subject to service conditions. Has management taken any disciplinary action?

No i am not terminated yet but they give an unconditional task which is not come in my domain like they said that i arrange 25 admissions which is come into marketing part. and i am already told you i am hired for Embedded trainer. and they said other words to either i will arrange 25 students or i will wait for 25 students till i am on non pay leave so i want to know this is legally possible or not.

Management can assign other duties but till yet they does't assign any offcial duties.

Mr. Himanshu,
When you have not been able to express yourself with correct language, how you can expect that the students would have given you good feedback for training given in such type of broken and vague language?
Companies do not employ persons to allow them to select the task of their own taste.
So, what you can do legally is, switch over to some other company of your choice, if your problem is real and not interested in the currently assigned job, as your problem does not seem to be genuine. Moreover, you re not clear in yourself, solution for what you want when your question is about termination, but you have admitted yourself that you have not been terminated by the company and you asked for what to do legally on your differently given feedback by the students.
