My client get anticipatory bail from Hon'ble supeme court,we are resident of amravati maharashtra ,Now cid office send a letter to remain present before them for the purpose of technical arrest My question is what is Technical Arrest

You obtained Anticipatory Bail fearing arrest.
Now they want to arrest you. But because you have AB with you, they will release you. Therefore it is called a technical arrest.

your client is simply to join investigation there, the arresting officer or IO will take the bail accordingly.

It is a formal procedure about which you need not be alarmed at all. Only when you are arrested the anticipatory bail order can be implemented by them for releasing you on bail. You should know that anticipatory bails do not bar arrests. What the court granting such a bail says is that just release you on bail in the event of arrest.

i do agree with experts. Need not to worry. The word Anticipatory Bail is not defined anywhere, In the event of arrest the investigation officer release the accused on bail..... so, join the investigation.

The order of Ant.Bail will b executed in event of arrest, its formality to arrest and releas if ready to furnish conditions.
