i sell non agriculture land less than DLC rate.how can i calcutation income tax on selling prize or DLC rate ?

The sc is less than the gdl value and hence gdl value is considered as the consideration received and taxed accordingly, further in absence of other details it is diffucult to state what the CG would be.
