Take part in lockdown violation, will get government job?

In lock down period, my fiance violated lock down rules, due to that, police put fir on him. Later government announced demolish corona time lock down violation cases, police called him, he also went court and do the procedure for demolish. this leads to, will he get government job or not?

It was a criminal case and it was (as per your description) not prosecuted. But he has to state facts truly.

That is not criminal case, it is just went out during lockdown that's is, so police put fir on him for violated corona lock down. After that government ordered to demolish those cases filed on corona period. After that he was called by police and demolish that case in court. After that now that case status is nature of disposal..I aso have attachment for this, but here ther is no option to attach, I already attached in legal forum issue category..

This leads to he will government job or not please clarify..

It is your assumption if it is not a criminal case. All those who were violating curfew norms in lock down faced FIR under section 188 IPC with NDM Act.

It is a different matter that govt (in your state) decided not to pursue the matter.
