Hello,
In my sons(10yrs old) Date of Birth certificate, I noticed that the Surname is printed first and the First name is printed last. However, with my daughters Date of Birth certificate, it is correctly written as First Name Last Name.
Everything in my sons DOB certificate is correct, except this interchange of first and last name.
Due to this his Aadhar card also was issued exactly like what is mentioned in the DOB certificate(Last Name First Name).
How do I get this corrected? The DOB certificates were issued in Andhra Pradesh.
Can somone please guide to get this corrected so there are no hassles in the future at any point?

There is no change in his name or surname and typed as first instead of last and last name as first name. If any it requires only a notarized affidavit.

Certain department(s) have practice of mentioning surname first, which do not have any adverse affect on the real name.
