hello friends....
i had filled an counter claim along with the proper court fees but that counter claim was dismissed by the court.
now i going for an appeal against the rejection of the claim.

Do i have to again pay the court fees for filling the appeal...???

Please update me on urgent basis......

You will have to pay 50% of court fee which you paid on counter claim if ur filing appeal.

It is the stipulated court fee.

You shall have to pay entire court fee which you paid before the trial court. There is no law of 50% as advised by one expert.
