Suit for possession

can tenant of land, belongs to public charity trust claim adverse possession against the trust.
can any person claim adverse possession of public trust property. can defendant file second application for amendment of written statement to the court who has dismissed his first application for amendment.
please advice

The second application for amendment of the same thing is not maintainable. Rather you challenge the order refusing the order of amendment.

The first application for amendment of written statement was made to change the defence taken in trial court the same was rejected by district court now another application is made before district court changing the defence line whether it is maintainable.
