plaintiff filed a suit against the defendant for claiming permanent injunction basing on baseless allegations and subsequent that suit is dismissed without costs the defendant was succeed in that case.
now my question is the defendant can file a suit against the plaintiff for costs and damages.if so what relief can we ask to the plaintiff under which provisions applicable

As the suit was dismissed with no order to costs ,no fresh suit now can lie for realization thereof.

Yes Mr Prabhakar is right.when the suit is dismissed without costs,no further suit lie for costs and damages.
