Hi
Is that possible to take stay Oder before the hearing date from court. To stop the sales of Property ??

Yes,you have to show irreparable loss caused to you if sale of the property is not stayed.Hon'ble court may after examining the facts may grant Ad-interim stay to sale of the property and issue show cause notice to other party as to why Ad-interim stay shall not confirm.

You can get the order for ad-interim.. and publish such order in the local newspaper.
