HUF of NRI managed by Power of Attorney holder in india should treated as resident of india or not as per i-tax act?

Any income earned in india in any manner,in my view ,would be taxable under IT ACT.

As the management of HUF is in India, it is a resident entity. In any case HUF as an artificial juridical enity is recognised only in Indian Law, hence it exists only in India and therefore any income accruing to it will be in India only.
