Stamp Paper

What is the difference between Judicial and Non Judicial Stamp Paper.

How many types of stamp paper? For what purposes they are used and on what factors it is determind that what value of stamp peper is required for that purpose.

There are two types of stamp papers. 1. Judicial and 2. Non judicial. They are of different denominations. Judicial Stamps are used for the Court purposes and Non judicial stamps are used for other purposes. Value of stamp paper to be used depends on the purpose for which it is to be used. It can not be exhaustively given here.
