What are stamp duty charges of civil case for 1.5 Cr property in Maharashtra

It is not stamp duty, it is court fee.
The court fee differs from one state to another, hence you may get the details through a local advocate directly

Yes. I heard it is Rs.200/- for every Rs.10,000/- value.

It is not stamp duty, but court fee. In Maharashtra, the maximum court fee is capped at is Rs. 3,00,000/-. In the instant case, that amount would be charged.
