Sra occupants and theire rights in sale wing

My flat is in sale building in Mumbai attached with SRA building and builder has allotted 2 shops at ground floor in sale building to SRA dwellers under SRA scheme.
My question is whether,
1) That two shop owners have any right over the campus in sale building for parking theirs vehicles or to do some activities relate to their business which is nuisance to sale flat owners?
2) As per my contention Sale wing flat owners have paid Super Built up psf rate so campus belongs to sale wing property rather SRA shop owners who got shops under SRA scheme. Pls. correct if I am wrong
3) Whether Sale wing society can demand any fees / maintenance from SRA shop owners in Sale wing for using sale wing campus?
4) Can we take them as Sale wing society member and can recover maintenance from them?
