2 Transfer deed duly registered.
3. Apply to society with transfer forms with relevant enclosures and transfer and premium fees

What do you mean by transferring ownership of property?
There are plenty of modes, i.e., by executing sale deed or gift deed or settlement or by a Will etc.
What do you actually want to clarify?
