Ours is a old society for about 20-25 years old and is not currently registered.
For the past 2-3 years,the secretary has not fowarded the annual accounts to the members nor the meeting notice conveys the agenda nor the accounts are fowarded to the members.

What right the member has under the circumstances.

What do you mean by "not currently registered"
Do you mean, it was registered earlier, and now de-registered??
If not registered now? how can there be a secretary?? when society itself do not exist?
How can there be right and members? Your Query is unclear.
