Hi,

Can some body help me with the following:

1.What is the share of wife and children in property when a person dies intestate( with out leaving a will).

2. What is the share of children/siblings when the parents dies intestate.

3. Can a house in padgadi system be sold out?

1. All of them inherit in equal share including mother of deceased if she has been living by then.
2. equal share.
3.no without consent of landlord.

1. For Hindus it is equal.
2. Equal share in Hindus.
3. Not by the tenants.
