Dear sir
my mother has given me 20/40 site as a gift,my brother is demanding my mother to give some portion of the built up house 23/40 daily torching then,i told to my parents to give only 20/40, built up house,ultimately it my mother decision, can i bring a stay if they give more share ariding of my brother and his wife.or shall i keep quite,.

once gift property transfered and it was registered then no one interfere your property, so you keep quit. if your brother give more tourcher against your mother, your mother can file complaint against him.

If the property is self acquired by your mother and is gifted to you it can not be taken back.

If your brother tortures your mother lodge complaint.

If your brother is bent upon in torturing your mother demanding more property and indulges in violent activities, lodge a complaint against him in the local police, he will come under control.
