What options are available to legally transfer a immovable property - house , in the name of children and spouse , by the owner of the property in whose name it is registered.

Or
How is settlement of a property made
What will be the charges for the said procedure

In some state there is no stamp fee on gift to family members, if such is in your state, go for gift deed.

Will can be done to save stamp fee.

The owner can dispose the property owned by a valid/registered deed in his/her life e.g; Sale/Gift etc etc...

The stamp duty/charges/Fee etc etc may be inquired from local SRO.

In case of WILL registration is not mandatory, stamp duty is not involved.
