NHPC does not come under CAT, so you can file WRIT in the high court for service matters.

There are labour court and industrial Tribunal constituted to adjudicate the industrial matter. Please remember if you are workmen under the Industrial Dispute Act, can approach to Industrial Tribunal or labour Court. Refer schedule II of the ID Act.

If it is your case, as a Dy. Manager, and also if NHPC does not find place in the list with the CAT, that can be taken up in the HC only.

dear All CAT only for govt employees, wherein CCS applies not for PSU. Mr. Naresh Gupta please describe your concern / query. But that us sure You can not approach to CAT, you need to go either to Industrial Tribunal or High court under writ jurisdiction that all.

Mr. Mohan you are wasting time and losing your peace of mind, come with short facts of the case. are you terminated or transfered. if Transfered please do your job peacefully. No forum is going to listen you. Your offer letter clearly mention that you can be transferred anywhere.
