separate identity or not?

Respected sirs,
A man using spectacle has left it after
refraction corrective Lasik/Laser surgery.
Does it call seperate identity because of
becoming without spect?now can he place his
old personal documents with spect eg. voter
card,Hsc admit card etc.for official purposes
or he should correct it from respective
places as without glass for the same?

A man undergoing such surgery does not legally require any proof for change in his dentiity as the person remain the same even after such surgery.
