whether an order of magistrate under section 14 the Securitisation Act can be challenged in DRT ? What is the latest position of law ?

The order of the Magistrate under Section 14 of the Act, is contrary, illegal, of Act, 2002 you can question order in DRT.

no, order passed by the magistrate can not be challenged.

1) These are two separate routes.

You can go to HC not DRT for order u/s -14.

2) Now there are exhaustive amendments are made for applications u/s 14 in the MAIN ACT., if the same are not followed than it will be sufficient cause for the borrower to go to HC.

1. No. Not before the DRT,

2. If there is any fault found in obtaining the Magistrate's order like filing false affidavit by the bank before the Magistrate, then the same can be challenged before the High Court.
